Comparing our product with others, the main difference is that the food content of our syrups is given by eponymous fruit pure not by concentrate.
About the fruit juice concentrate production simply:
The concentrate is produced by physically impacting, draining and compressing the fruit using heat and chemicals. Due to this technology a great percentage of the nutritional composition and vitamins of the fruit gets lost.
Apart from one single apple juice compressive plant there is no other such plant in our country. As a consequence, all fruit concentrates used in Hungary come from import.
Our family business does not use concentrates, it owns its private fruit processing plant
We process seasonally fresh, ripe fruit to produce valuable fruit purée. To produce 1 kg fruit purée, we use up 1.5-2 kg fruit depending on the fruit. Because of using ripe fruit, the pulpy composition is rich in vitamin and nutrients. Consuming it sparingly may have benefits on our health.

Used for: Making and flavouring syrups, ice tea, slushy, hot drinks, mulled wine, cocktails, shakes, yoghurt, ice cream, cakes, and other sweets.
We suggest that you consume pulpy products made of pressed fruit purée instead of re-diluted concentrates.
Our family business, the Nektária Manufacture was founded in Fejér county in 2012.
