Cold raspberry cream soup
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 400 ml milk
- 1 dl Nektária Raspberry fruit puree syrup
- 1 Vanilla cold instant pudding
- some raspberries
Mix the pudding powder with milk. Beat the whipping cream into a soft consistency, then mix it with the pudding and the raspberry puree.
Cool it. Decorate with a few drops of cream, some raspberries and basil leaves.
