Elderberry syrup
Product information
The content and flavour of our syrup is given by the elder-flower from farmer Zsuzsi’s plantation. At the end of May we always wait for the call to go to collect elder-flower. On the day of the harvest we are fully covered in yellow pollen and the atmosphere is always sweet from the fine fragrance of the flower.
In our plant, we make an aqueous solution from the flowers that we filter in a few days. We must say that we like ’accidentally’ leaving some pollen in this extract. This, of course, makes our syrup a bit ’muddy’, but we like it like this, more naturally.
The flavour of the average, cheap elderberry syrups is provided by artificial flavourings, as opposed to our naturallay flavored syrups.

A Nektária családi vállalkozásunk Fejér megyében üzemel. Jelenleg közvetlenül 20-25 család megélhetését biztosítja vagy járul hozzá. A fenntarthatóságra alapozva, lokálisan, jórészt a helyi termelők magas beltartalmú zöldségeiből és gyümölcseiből készítünk kíméletes eljárással, egészséges, hazai, prémium minőségű termékeket.
